We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive traffic, and support our goals through cutting-edge marketing strategies and tactics.
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute SEO-driven strategies, oversee digital campaigns, and collaborate across teams to amplify our clients’ online presence. This role requires a data-driven professional with a strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and analytics to lead SEO Hacker’s projects to measurable success.
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on digital efforts such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email campaigns as well as relevant traditional marketing strategies such as billboards, expos and events, networking and meet-up events, public relations, and sponsorships to meet client and company objectives in generating warm and hot leads for the sales team and grow our revenues.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, measure, and oversee marketing campaigns; coordinate assets, timelines, and ensure alignment with growth and revenue goals and report the results of these campaigns each month to the Execom.
SEO & Content Optimization: Create content once a week for our main assets, optimize on-page and technical SEO, identify keyword opportunities, and work with content teams to ensure all material is optimized for search engines.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, tracking KPIs and delivering insights on traffic, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor performance, and audience behavior to refine SEO Hacker’s strategies and keep our approaches competitive.
Content Strategy: Manage the content calendar, oversee content creation, and ensure that messaging aligns with SEO Hacker’s brand voice, ensuring maximum reach through promotional efforts on subscribed platforms.
Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient spending to maximize return on investment.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Business Development, Creatives, SEO specialists, and Execom to ensure cohesive branding and alignment of objectives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices to keep SEO Hacker’s services at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Lead Generation: Develop and optimize lead generation strategies, including email marketing workflows, landing pages, and inbound marketing tactics to drive conversions.

Lead Generation: You are able to consistently generate 30 strong, good quality leads that are closable in 1 – 3 months’ time by the business development team each month.
Event Planning: You are able to have a calendar of planned events such as expos, mixers, PR campaigns, SEO campaigns, even YouTube campaigns before the start of each calendar year or a minimum of 6 months ahead – complete with the projected costs and ROI based on historical data.
Team Coordination: You are able to fluidly coordinate with different teams in the company from whom you will have necessary content or tactical strategies executed.
Brand Strengthening: You are able to strengthen our brand to be consistently known as the #1 SEO company in the Philippines and in other English-speaking ASEAN countries such as Singapore.
Reporting: You are able to routinely present and send your reports to Execom at least once a month of all of your campaigns – its progress, its results, what could be improved, what went right, and what went wrong.
Return on Spend: Your Return on Spend – whether on ads or other campaigns – hits 200% or higher.
Clear Communication: You are crystal clear and understood in all your communications with the team and with stakeholders involved – especially the general public and leads you generate.
